MOTIVATION

SKILLS
Train the eyes in the stance to look up, "through the eyebrows". One can
practice this by looking over the top of one' eyeglasses or sunglasses.

STRATEGY
Until the rule changes [see blog], when trailing on defense, try to ride
the ball carrier out of bounds laterally, moving only slightly forward
(so that forward progress is not considered stopped). While one or two
secure the ball carrier, other defenders attempt to strip the ball
